GDPR information

This page summarizes how Burhuc approaches GDPR rights, contact requests, website analytics, and data-protection questions. It should be read with the Privacy policy.

Last updated: 18 June 2026.

Controller contact

Data-protection requests can be sent to: contact@burhuc.com. We may request proof of identity before responding to a rights request.

Legal bases

Burhuc uses the legal bases explained in the Privacy policy, including consent, contract or pre-contractual measures, legal obligation, and legitimate interests where applicable. Optional analytics are used only after consent.

DPO status

Burhuc has not published a separate data protection officer contact. GDPR requests should be sent to contact@burhuc.com unless Burhuc later publishes a dedicated DPO or privacy contact.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions and limits, you may request:

  • access to personal data,
  • rectification of inaccurate data,
  • erasure of data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • objection to processing,
  • data portability where applicable,
  • withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Website analytics

Burhuc uses a first-party analytics tracker for website measurement. On the main Burhuc website, this tracker loads only after analytics consent. It respects browser Do Not Track signals.

The tracker may process page URL, path, referrer, page title, event name, campaign parameters, anonymous visitor and session identifiers, browser user-agent, approximate country from request headers, and a hashed IP address. Contact-form events may include limited event metadata. The tracker is used to understand site usage and service health, not to sell personal data.

Where a wallet-enabled project sends wallet events, those events may include a public wallet address and related chain or transaction-context metadata. Burhuc treats wallet addresses as pseudonymous personal data, because they may be linked to blockchain activity or other context.

Analytics identifiers are cleared when analytics consent is withdrawn through cookie settings. If you request analytics erasure, providing the relevant visitor identifier or wallet address helps Burhuc locate the pseudonymous records.

Security and retention

Burhuc applies access controls and security measures appropriate to the website and admin systems. Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligation, dispute handling, or system-security need.

Supervisory authority

You may contact the Luxembourg data-protection authority, CNPD, if you believe your personal data is processed unlawfully. CNPD Luxembourg
