AI Act Information

BURHUC works with AI concepts, prototypes, and product experiments. This page explains the governance posture we apply when AI systems are explored, tested, or prepared for public use.

Risk-Based Approach

The EU AI Act uses a risk-based framework. BURHUC treats AI work as a controlled product and compliance question, not only a technical question. Before public release, AI-enabled systems should be reviewed for intended purpose, user impact, data inputs, human oversight, transparency, security, and whether the system could fall into a regulated category.

Current Public Website

The public BURHUC website may describe AI experiments, research directions, or prototypes. A public description of an AI idea does not mean that an AI system is available for production use, certified, or suitable for a regulated decision unless BURHUC expressly states that in writing.

AI Content and Human Review

Where AI is used to support research, drafting, product exploration, or internal workflows, BURHUC aims to keep human review and accountability in the loop. AI-generated output should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, employment, immigration, security, or other professional advice.

High-Risk and Prohibited Uses

BURHUC does not present this website as offering high-risk AI systems or prohibited AI practices. If a future product may enter a regulated AI Act category, it should receive a dedicated assessment before deployment.
